MIAMI, Dec 30, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --TVC Telecom announced today that it has filed Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This form is filed by the Company as notice of (1) termination of its registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and (2) suspension of the duty to file periodic reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the same Act. "As a very small company with limited resources, we must manage all costs very carefully. The cost of meeting the requirements of the SEC for publicly held companies has become overly burdensome for TVC," said Joseph Guzman, president. "Once we have completed the reorganization and redirection of the business focus of the company, we will reevaluate this decision in light of our total business plan."
